 tp://www.camda.info) runs in collaboration with ISMB (https://www.iscb.org
 /ismb2024/home)\, which joins up with ECCB every other year. CAMDA is an e
 stablished full conference track at ISMB\, representing one of its Communi
 ties of Special Interests (COSIs). This gives you wide exposure and furthe
 r opportunities for interaction with colleagues without separate registrat
 ion fees. You just register with one of multiple options at ISMB\, specify
 ing CAMDA as your interest.\n\nCAMDA focuses on one of the grand challenge
 s of our time\, the intelligent exploitation of Big Data in the life scien
 ces. In the post-genomic era\, an effective scientific interpretation of l
 arge datasets is key to new medical and biological insights from novel hig
 h throughput assays and the increasing size of biomedical studies.\nCAMDA 
 puts a spotlight on the successful analysis and integration of the massive
  data sets now prevalent in the life sciences.\n​\nThis year\, recognizi

 ional profiles of healthy and unhealthy individuals. Take advantage of the

 etrics!\n The Synthetic Clinical Health Records (https://bipress.boku.ac.a
 t/camda-play/the-camda-contest-challenges/#synthetic-health-records) Chall
 enge provides a rich set of highly realistic Electronic Health Records (EH
 R) tracing the diagnosis trajectories of diabetic patients\, created with 
 dual-adversarial auto-encoders trained on data from 1.2 million real patie
 nts in the Population Health Database of the Andalusian Ministry of Health
 . Predict relevant diabetes endpoints like blindness or cardiopathy from p
 ast diagnosis trajectories!\n \nCAMDA encourages an open contest\, where a
 ll analyses of the contest data sets are of interest\, not limited to the
