Beginner

Hi all
I am new to this forum, and of course new to NGS. I have to carry out DNA methylation profiling by MeDIP-Seq (SOLiD). I am almost ignorant about how to analyze the data after sequencing. If someone can suggest me a "beginner's guide" type of article, it would be really helpful. I have some articles but they all are a little advanced and I can not comprehend most of the content in them.

Do you know basic UNIX commands? If not, do a tutorial such as this:
