    Statistics for metegenomics analysisi form 3 archeologis sites

    Hi!

    I have no idea how to statistically compare metagnomics results form 3 archeologic sites. The NGS library was construct on amplicons V3, V5 and V6, according to Kircher&Meyer protocol, with some in-house modification. I'm working on Galaxy (Kraken algorithm). Any sugestions?
