RNA-seq bias

Hi¡

Im Rodrigo Arzate, from México, and currently I'm working with RNA-seq data from single cell.

We realize that our data has a bias toward the 3'end and my question is : How to determine the regions used for RPKM calculation in the situation of 3'end bias?
