Where is CummeRbund sending my figures?

Hello, when instructing CummerBund to produce a figure (e.g. scatter plot, sometimes it appears in the folder I'm working in, but only when I exit R). This means that I have to log out each time I make a figure. Also, sometimes figures don't appear in my working directory, even though CummeRbund doesn't show any errors with my command line. Can anybody tell me why this might be, and how I can specify where the figures go and send them there without exiting R?
