    Hi,
    Anyone using CLC bio Genomics workbench for the analysis of SOliD mRNA-Seq data?. I understand that CLC bio cant read CSfasta files yet... so wondering how this would affect the final results? Thanks

    I was told it does it natively in colorspace now.

          Hi, CLC bio version 3.1 is out and according to their web site it fully supports csfasta.
