NEXTflex Chip-Seq Kit and qiagen columns

I wonder if anybody has experience in replacing the AmpureBeads with Qiagen Columns for lib prep using the NEXTflex Chip-Seq Kit.

We are using Bioo's ChIP-Seq kit with beads. I believe you have to use beads because the adapters are long and cannot be removed by columns.

looks good so far. I will seq the multiplexed lib. that I made with Bioo.

Our first four libraries will go on next week, fingers crossed as we'd like to move to 96-plex.

Quality of sequecning data from NEXTFlex

For those of you who have used NEXTFlex to prepare libraries, can you comment on the quality of the sequencing data?
