Hi,All
My question is that during the SMART-seq3 testing for single-cell RNA sequencing, after reverse transcription and PCR, the products either show wide peaks of byproducts, or in the 1000-2000 bp range, I am unable to obtain a smooth peak, as there are always many sharp peaks. Has anyone attempted to eliminate these?
