Best Protocol for RNA extraction from poultry blood sample

Dear All

I want to extract RNA from poultry blood sample (with nucleated red cells), and after 24 hr I can extract RNA; I have studied some protocol about it but can’t get final protocol. Now I want to know that is RNA later can help me to protect my sample from degradation and which protocol and reagent or kit is better than others?
