I think you should freeze the first strand synthesis product at -20 and start with the second strand synthesis tomorrow. cDNA does fine at -20 overnight, and I don't think any of the enzymes in the first strand reaction are required for the second strand reaction. -
Truseq RNA Safepoint after 2nd strand step
Hi to all!
My institute is going to close earlier this day! In 1 hour aproximately.
My problem is that I'm preparing 12 libraries with Illumina Truseq RNA, at this moment I am in the 1st strand synthesis. By much, I would be able to add the second strand buffer and put this step overnight.
Do you consider that can be safe to leave it ?
