Hi,
So we are looking into multiplexing some RNA-seq. Just so I get this right all the samples that you want to multiplex you process each sample separately until after the PCR where you add the barcode on.
So this means if I want 8 samples on one lane I would use up one RNA-sample prep kit per lane. Is this what everyone does, or do you buy the individual reagents from other suppliers as I'm sure this would work out cheaper?
