how to get RG tags from tophat

Dear List,

I would like to have the RG tags in the final result file, accepted_hit.bam from tophat. (only one lane data from single end library)

I actually want to test GATK, but it requires BAM/SAM with RG tags

Is there a command from tophat can do it?

Or I have to manually add it to the result.

I add the tags using Picard's AddOrReplaceReadGroups

Thank you pbluescript. It works fine with using AddOrReplaceReadGroups.
It didn't work with old version tophat output, but the recent 1.3.1 result worked fine with this picard commend.
