    ChIP-seq data uploading?

    Hi!

    I was wondering if anyone here has experience using the GEO database for submissions from ChIP-seq experiments? (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/geo/info/seq.html)

    Any other ways people are posting their data from these experiments? Thoughts about problems with existing databases or considerations for future projects?
