    IGS over at UMD Baltimore seems to be what youre looking for. I attended it last November and it covers pretty much everything you need from NGS data analysis to applications. Great people too, mostly coming from TIGR now working at IGS

    I help organize some Workshops in both the US and Europe. Our next one is January 2012 and the application deadline has passed. We haven't decided on a location for the US one yet, but expect to have it organized for a July date.

    Hi everyone,

    JUst wanted to know if there is any bioinformatics realted workshops realted to the genome sequencing and software handling.

    For a beginner it will be helpful to attend some workshops which can educate him about how to handle tools like amos, bambus and all other complciated softwares...

    can anyone provide me the info...i tried learning it through internet reading manuals of the software.But its pretty hard...
