Hi,
I followed the instruction on page http://maq.sourceforge.net/ to install and run the MAQ but I couldn´t execute the comand
maqindex -i -c consensus.cns all.map (see page http://maq.sourceforge.net/)
because the maqindex comand doen´t exist. I just found the maqindex_socket.pl, but, it doesn´t work as well.
Does anybody can help me with the very beginning of installing and using MAQ?
