I have two questions:
My reads data is 33-based format.
1, Does soap2 only suppot 64-based fastq format reads? Do I have to change my data from 33-based to 64-based manually? I have huge data.
2, Is that ok if I soap2 my data with default 33-based fastq and then SOAPsnp with paramater "-z !" ?
