Map of local mutation rate in human genome

Hello all,

Is there a publicly available map of human mutation rate variation across the genome?

We know that people have estimated local mutation rates in the human genome using ancestral repeats and 4-fold degenerate sites, but we haven't found this data in an accessible format. Perhaps everyone is calculating these values for themselves?
