I am trying to implement a new software for the identification of copy number variation by comparing a resequencing experiment and a reference genome. At this point I would like to test it and I would like to download some real CNV data from some database (may be identified by CGH-array). I would need (I know it's a lot of stuff! :-) ) CGH data (with the identified cnv regions) relative to an ogranism that have its genome sequenced (human would be great), an NGS resequencing experiment for the same organism. and an NGS resequencing experiment for a different organism of the same species. do you think I can find all this data on the web? Can you point the relative addresses to me please?
