Try this:
Go to: ftp://[email protected]
Password: Blank
And then browse to bundle > 1.5 > hg19.
In any case, 132 excluding after 129 should be the same as this one..

Thank you shyam_la!
I don't know why, I cannot access to ftp://ftp.broadinstitute.org/bundle/...ter_129.vcf.gz, but I have found dbsnp132, excluding sites after 129 here:
I will rather use this version than dbsnp131.

You may want to use this from the GATK resource bundle..
They call it dbsnp135 excluding sites after 129, so essentially its 129..

dbSNP129 for hg19 does not exist, atleast not from UCSC..
Probably because hg19 came after dbsnp130..
as to 130, it is possible it was removed from the UCSC website because it had issues with it
Discussion of next-gen sequencing related bioinformatics: resources, algorithms, open source efforts, etc
Though you should be able to able to find it somewhere, if you really want it!Last edited by shyam_la; 06-28-2012, 12:20 PM.

dbSNP129 for hg19
Hello,
As dbSNP129 is regarded as the last "clean" database, I am looking for it for hg19.
I could find only dbSNP131 here: ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/
Does someone know if it is possible to find this version, or at least dbSNP 130, for hg19?
Thank you in advance,

Metagenomics has improved the way researchers study microorganisms across diverse environments. Historically, studying microorganisms relied on culturing them in the lab, a method that limits the investigation of many species since most are unculturable1. Metagenomics overcomes these issues by allowing the study of microorganisms regardless of their ability to be cultured or the environments they inhabit. Over time, the field has evolved, especially with the advent...-

During the COVID-19 pandemic, scientists observed that while some individuals experienced severe illness when infected with SARS-CoV-2, others were barely affected. These disparities left researchers and clinicians wondering what causes the wide variations in response to viral infections and what role genetics plays.
Jean-Laurent Casanova, M.D., Ph.D., Professor at Rockefeller University, is a leading expert in this crossover between genetics and infectious...-
