What is the mutation detection rate for 454, solexa, and SOLiD if any one have any idea, is there any pub referenced on that ? Thanks

There was a paper involving P. stiptis which indicated that all three platforms were able to pick up known SNPs with only a very small false discovery rate and a zero false negative rate. Basically on this small organism and at a high depth of coverage all three platforms work equally well. At least that is what I remember. I don't have the citation off hand so that the above with a grain of salt.
