HI all,
I would like to know whether I can generate some synthetic subpopulation human data from a given reference with the exact error profile created to get the lineage.
For eg: I need to make a phylogenetic analysis and for that I need a tool which can create the next population of a given input file. In this way I can create a tree from root till 3 generations to give me finally 8 samples.
