i am new in this arena. Is there any biological database that can provide the all diseases names associated with proteins,drugs,genes. Is there any database exist that i can use?

Once you look up a disease/gene of interest, look for a table of "External links" on the right hand side of the record page.

PharmGKB : http://www.pharmgkb.org/index.jsp Would be another great resource to look up information related to pharmacogenomics.
