Blast Bisulfite seq or split read mapper

Hello,
I want to catch new TEs insertion.
So I sarted with unammped reads, and I tried to force the mapping only in the TEs genome.
But as you know the reads are not converted and are not mappable with a blast


So I want to know if you know a good blast bisulfite which can do like bismark or bsseeker the conversion, or split read mapper (I tried SEGEMEHL but not efficient)?
