Hello,
I am working with an RNASeq project and am trying to use GSNAP for the same. Splicesites are created with a few warning messages using gff3_splicesites from GMAP package. However, when I use that file further for alignment then, I get an error message "splicesites file has a negative distance XXXX in entry Y ...exiting"
I was wondering if anyone has faced this problem before and does anyone know a fix to this?
