Does anyone have experience using the HugeSeq pipeline (link below)?
The tools in the pipeline are pretty mainstream (eg BWA, SAMtools, GATK, BreakDancer, Pindel, CNVnator, and BreakSeq), but I haven't found anybody discussing it on the forum. It's nice that somebody integrated these programs as part of a free software package.
Any thoughts on this software?
