Database for annotated genome, cds, gene, snps, etc

I have a rather simple (beginner) question for many of you

I am looking to download the drosophila, mosquito and common housefly genome, CDS annotation files, snp's annotation gff/gtf files, genes, etc to use for my data analysis.
Where (rather which website/database) should I go to download them?

You can get the Drosophila annotations from iGenomes site.
