Gene ontology plots for C.tropicalis

Hi All

I have performed ChIP-Seq for Candida tropicalis and have the peaks file using Homer. I have the gff3 file for annotations. I want to know if there is any tool that can help in creating gene plots where I have the gene name along with the start and end sites on the chromosome?
