  • NGS datasets for Hematopoietic stem cell line of Mouse

    Hi,

    I am searching for NGS datasets for Hematopoietic stem cell line of Mouse e.g. (Hematopoietic stem cell, Hematopoietic Progenior Cells etc..) and whole genome sequencing data about that as well. Can anybody help me in this regard ?

          It is gene expression data, I am interested in whole genome sequencing in particular Hematopoietic stem cell line of Mouse (fastq files). Can you help in that regard..
