SOAP2aligner and SOAPdenovo

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone used SOAP2aligner and then used the results of the alignment with the SOAPdenovo assembler.

If anyone has been able to do that or it is possible, could you please paste the command lines for the alignments and the assembly.
