  • From BED file (genome regions) to GWAS

Hello and thank you for always help!!

Now I have got several significant regions of transcription factor binding and specific histon modification as bed files.

I want to know the relationships between these regions with GWAS results.

    1. For example, as a input file I prepare bed file which include significant binding regions of NFkB.
    2. Next I compare the bed file with GWAS total database which include significant region sets which might relate to some diseases.
    3. Finally I want to got the most significant disease set that are related to start bed files.

I want to know such GWAS database or program for such purpose.
    Do you know??
