Conifer: Error running the quick start

Hi All,

I have tried to work with conifer, so first I've installed : matplotlib, pynum and py-tables using macports.

however, when doing a quick start, I had the following message appearing in my shell:

The-Godfather:conifer_v0.2.2 apple$ python conifer.py analyze --probes sampledata/probes.txt --rpkm_dir sampledata/RPKM_data/ --output analysis.hdf5 --svd 6 --write_svals singular_values.txt

from tables import *
ImportError: No module named tables

was py-tables badly installed ? or did I miss something ?

Program can't import pytables. Could you run this?

You can install pytables via pip or easy_install.
