  • BRIG question (mystery blue spikes)

    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has used BRIG (Blast Ring Image Generator) previously?

I am trying to make a "mapping coverage" circular genome starting with a .sam file. Everything looks fine except there are mysterious blue spikes (please see attachment) appearing on the "upside" of the ring.

Does anyone know what they are, and how to get rid of them?

    Thanks
    Joyce
