FastQC from command line (Mac version)

Hi, I installed fastqc on my mac by downloading the .dmg file.

i can run it from mission control, but how can i run it from command line?

Open a terminal window, navigate to the FastQC directory, and type

./fastqc -help

This will give you the help menu that tells you what parameters to use.

There is a file called 'fastqc' in the FastQC directory, which is a Perl script that
runs FastQC.
