    .frg (cabog) or .afg (amos) back to paired-end fastq

    Hi,
    I would like to convert back to fastq some reads in .frg format (cabog) or, alternatively, the same reads in .afg (amos) format.
    Any suggested scripts?? I can't find any script that perform this unusual task as normally people need to do the opposite...
