Hi guys!
First things first - I'm in my first week of an undergrad research project. I'm therefore not massively familiar with sequencing, and I apologise if I ask any questions that may seem obvious to some here. I ask that you bear with me!
Anyhow. I'm trying to analyse some data in Seqmonk. Specifically, I'm trying to use some probes to quantify data from an RNA seq on a gene-by-gene basis. The probes work fine, and each probe, when you hover over it, shows a value at the bottom left corner of the screen. However, upon generating a report table, the probe value does not show up in the value column. Instead, it has a question mark icon.
Is there any way of making the individual probe values show up in the report table?
Many thanks,
Theo
