masurca new run, old results..

Hi,

does anyone know which files it is safe to delete after a finished masurca run. The documentation (ftp://ftp.genome.umd.edu/pub/MaSuRCA...StartGuide.pdf) has no indication of how to specify output files or directories, so each time it runs, it uses files from the previous run in /bin/CA

Does anyone know which files are safe to delete after each masurca run? There are many hundreds generated. The list in the documentation is not complete or very helpful..
