    ENCODE IDR platform questions

    To anyone who can answer my questions !

    I am using the Irreproducibility Discovery Rate (IDR) framework from encode to evaluate the reproducibility between two chip-seq replicates. When running the batch-consistency-plot.r I got a plot that doesn't make alot of sense to me (see attached figure). Is there any place that describes what each of the plots mean?

    Additionally, I was wondering if there are any other IDR frameworks that are available that could more accurately do this for MACS1.4?
