    You could also use biomart, which provides a number of programmatic interfaces. BTW, UCSC can also be accessed via SQL, which is often convenient in cases like this.

    Hi,

    I have a gene of interest. How can I obtain the bed file for the particular gene. I tried it on UCSC. Is there an alternate way? Is there an efficient way to automate this process if I have many genes of interest. If this question has been asked before, kindly point me to that direction.
