Hi All,
I've recently been trying to use SSPACE-long reads to use improve my assembly using long reads. When I downloaded it from BaseSpace, S-SPACE-long reads did not seem to have a README or manual and I was wondering if anyone has used this program and can point me in the right direction? I tried using the same -l and -s commands (required parameters in SSPACE) and I'm getting some weird errors--so I'm assuming the parameters are different.
