Crossbow + Hadoop

Hello,

I am trying the Hadoop filesystem with crossbow. crossbow provides the functionality with bowtie in built.

But after the indexes processing of bowtie, I dont know how to configure the Tophat s/w with crossbow on Hadoop and other alignment s/ws..
Is this possible to run other alignment s/ws to run with crossbow on Hadoop.like tophat

I want to run on Hadoop bcoz Hadoop distribute it on other nodes.

Is it possible ? then please help me..
