List of mRNA variant 1

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to generate or has a list of the NCBI/RefSeq Locus IDs of 'transcript variant 1 mRNA' in humans?

Example: NM_007294 for BRCA1

I know that if there does not exist more than one transcript, such as BRCA2 NM_000059 the definition will not state any transcript #.
