I wanted to mention to everyone our peak/enriched region identifier called MUSIC. You can download it at http://music.gersteinlab.org
MUSIC is designed to identify regions at different scales, which is generally important for identifying the broad enriched domains, for example, in histone modification chip-seq data.
MUSIC can also utilize multi-mappability profile to mediate the adverse effects of unmappable regions which may cause the long regions to be oversegmented in the peak calling process.
We are also looking for feedback to add new features based on what people need, it would be great if you could let me know.
