Introduction from first year PhD student
Hello everyone,
Just a quick introductory here. Second semester PhD student in Cali. I'm in love with bioinformatics, even though I have never had a formal educational background in it. Fortunately there is a high demand for fearless people that are interested in the computational side of biology.
I'm here diving head on into the most hard core of computation for the sake of science!
With that I'm going continue the time old tradition of forums; to arrive here seeking for help.
Anyone willing to share your wonderful experience in bioinformatics to point me in the down the right rabbit hole ? This is for genetic network analysis, gene hub analysis, and modeling of these networks. insightful and fun text books and packages is what I'm looking for. No commercial services.
