UCSC Genome Browser Alternative?

Hi Folks,

for some reasons we'd like to get rid of UCSC GB and use some other software to (locally) provide mammalian-sized genome data and annotation for remote access via web browser or other GUI.

It should include user management (if possible), to deal with different collaborators.

What alternatives exist and are actively in use?
Pros and Cons?
