Hello, everyone.
There are several tools (based on MUMmer) for finding MEM (Maximal Exact Matches) with RAM usage optimization (sparseMEM, slaMEM, essaMEM, E-MEM, backwardMEM), but I can't find the appropriate software with supporting memory usage optimization and unique MEM finding simultaneously. Or no memory optimization (MUMmer), or no unique MEM finding (E-MEM), or no support memory reducing in unique-MEM mode (essaMEM).
Can anyone recommended software with required functionality or I have to write the interpretation script for finding maximal unique MEM around all founded MEMs ?
