  • UEA sRNA Workbench error code

    I'm trying to run a pre-configured workflow (quality check & differential expression) in UEA sRNA Workbench, however, I get an error code a few seconds after beginning the workflow. The error code says its due to an "input length = 1" and I'm unable to find what this is referring to.

    The program indicates that the database node as processing (all following nodes are outlined in black), yet I'm skeptical of this because even after 24 hours no progress is made in the workflow and no output files are generated.

    Can anyone tell me what this error means or where I can find information on how to address it?

    Update to my original post to provide a bit more information on my problem.

    I tried running it on another system after having verified (by referring to the tutorial video on the UEA sRNA workbench website) that all my files are in the proper format(s) required and I'm uploading everything correctly.

    And yet, I am still getting this error for which I can find no information online. I've reached out to the UEA group and still hope they will be able to provide some feedback.
