How to conversion of MetaCyc Ids to BiGG ids in metabolic model?

Hello, I made metabolic model by Cobrapy. For addition of unique reactions I used RAVEN tool to make metabolic model so later I could combine all of these two models as one. Problem is RAVEN tool box gives model with MetaCyc Id while Cobrapy uses BiGG ids. Can anyone suggest any way I can change RAVEN ids to BiGG Ids?
