Longest Isoform: NCBI annotation pipeline

Hi all,

I could write I parser for this. But before I do so, I thought it was worth asking here since I imagine someone else has done it already.

Does anyone has a parser to get the longest protein isoform from genome-predicted proteins on NCBI? An example is: https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes...635.27_GRCm39/
