    Anyone familiar with I-Tasser

    Hi,
    I am working with some structure and function prediction tools. I have read that I-TASSER is great at this. I tried to run my sequence in it but the results are bad. when I went through about I-TASSER it mentions about creating a template which can help me in robust prediction. Does anybody know how to make this template so that I can fit them in I-TASSER? I would be very much thankful for the help....
