    Roche/454 for bacterial ChIP DNA

    Hi,

    I work with bacterial transcription factors.

    I am trying to find out alternatives to ChIP-chip and am considering 454 sequencing of the ChIP DNA. Has anyone here tried it for bacterial samples?

    Any help on sample prep is appreciated.
